Hot off the press! Team confirmed!

The manager of Nugget United,Idris Nurgat, has announced the players that will be in representing the team in the 2007 Ansaar tournament. He said, "In defence we will have Daanyaal, Hamzah and Yahya. They are robust and physical players and will help keep valuable clean sheets. In midfield we will have Muhammad and Abdur-rahman. Abdur-rahman is in the mould of a Patrick viera or Mohammadou diarra. Muhammad, meanwhile, reminds me of Frank lampard or Deco, which is why he will play. The lone striker will be Uzair. He is a young Thierry Henry, skillful and majestic". The goalkeeper is yet to be selected and it seems umar and uthmaan are the contenders. Player's reaction to follow...

A new football team is on the block. Nugget United football club is a team full of one family's talents. It has a squad of approximately 15 players, from London to Yorkshire to Bolton. It is looking to make its first addition to its trophy cabinet on its first tournament outing in July. My name is Yahya, and I play for Nugget United.
